Stakeholder survey 2011
To assist the NSW Emergency Care Institute (ECI) to better understand how it can best support Emergency Departments (EDs) and staff in NSW a stakeholder survey was sent to all stakeholder groups in July 2011. The survey was open to stakeholders for a 3 week period and we received over 1,000 responses.
This information will be used to shape the development of the ECI and ensure that we are a valuable, representative and relevant body, we need to know your views and expectations. All information will be analysed and treaded confidentially and results presented and used in a de-identified format.
A full report as well as short summaries are now available:
We would like to express our thanks to all those who responded. All those who registered their interest in becoming involved with the ECI at the end of the survey were entered into the prize draw at the NSW Emergency Care Symposium in November. Congratulations to Rima Mohamad from Liverpool Emergency Department for winning the highly sought after jar of Freddos - the ED currency of choice!
